Odyssey Flying Club is a member-run organization.  The By-laws, board structure, processes, and procedures are all designed to enhance transparency in an effort to bring together pilots that share a love of aviation and traveling. 

Culture of Safety

We embrace and support a strong culture of safety.  All pilots are highly encouraged to participate in FAA WINGS Safety program.  Several FAA WINGS seminars are available each month, as well as on-line education through AOPA, EAA and other aviation safety organizations. You do not need to be a member of the club to participate in our safety program.

Culture of Responsibility

We take great pride in the maintenance and care of our aircraft.  We ask that our pilots perform some tasks to aid us in keeping our fleet looking and running great.  Such tasks may include (but are not limited to):

• Inspecting the aircraft interior as well as exterior for damage during pre-flight and reporting any damage found.

• Increasing pilot and passenger awareness of the fragility of aircraft interiors and how to care for them.

• Provide education for pilots on proper engine management for each type of aircraft.

• Properly cleaning out the aircraft before checking it in.  Cleaning cowl, tail and wing leading edges, and wheel fairings at the conclusion of a flight.
